+What do I do with HoneyGold?
Accumulate and redeem it in the form of cash via PayPal (coming soon) or gift cards after you get 1,000 Gold. Cha-ching.

+How do I earn HoneyGold?
There are two ways to earn that sweet Gold:
  1. INVITE FRIENDS: Refer your friends to Honey with your unique referral link. After they make their first qualifying purchase (a purchase eligible and activated for a Cash Bonus), you’ll get HoneyGold.
  2. CASH BONUS: Get a Cash Bonus just by shopping as usual on thousands of stores. Simply click “Get Bonus” before you purchase and you’re golden. Honey golden.
  • Exclusions are the worst but they're out there. Exclusions are up to the sole discretion of the merchant. You'll find the exclusions list under the confirmation that your bonus is on.

+How do I get my Cash Bonus?
  • If a Cash Bonus is available, we’ll prompt you to get it at checkout. Click “Get Bonus” before you make your purchase.
  • Check to see if a Cash Bonus is available by clicking the Honey icon on the top right corner of your toolbar. If a Cash Bonus is available, you’ll also be prompted to get it there.

+I’ve made a purchase and turned on my Cash Bonus. Why isn’t HoneyGold showing up in my account?
There are a few possible reasons why your HoneyGold isn’t showing up:
  • It may take a couple of days for the merchant to confirm the transaction.
  • The item you purchased is on the exclusions list.
  • You are running Ad Blocking software that is preventing the system from properly verifying the transaction.
  • You're using another cashback program. Honey's cashback program isn't compatible with other cashback sites.

+Why is my HoneyGold pending after I completed my purchase?
HoneyGold typically pends for 45-60 days from the date of your purchase while the merchant confirms your purchase and verifies that no items have been returned or refunded. We're watching it like a hawk and will let you know as soon as it's ready (unlike a hawk).

+Can I earn HoneyGold and rewards from other cashback programs for the same purchase?
Unfortunately, no. HoneyGold is not stackable with other cashback sites. This isn't a Honey-specific policy, but common across most cashback sites. Who needs those other guys, though?

+What happens if I return an item on which I had HoneyGold activated?
No HoneyGold for you! But no worries, the HoneyGold will adjust accordingly.

+What should I do if I'm still having issues?
Email customer service at gold@joinhoney.com with receipt of purchase. Can't find the receipt? Please include the following information in the email instead: the date of the purchase, order ID, store name, item name and subtotal. We'll get to the bottom of it.
