Target is one of my favorite places to shop - but I have a bad habit of loading up my cart with lots of stuff that I never intended to buy. I'll head to Target's website to buy toothpaste but will end up buying clothes, candles, notebooks, makeup, you name it. And all those impulse purchases can really add up! Luckily, there's an easy way to save on your next Target haul: Honey.
Honey is a free browser app that automatically finds and applies coupon codes at checkout. It works at Target and thousands of other stores. Look how much I was able to save on new bedding thanks to Honey:
$61.86 saved? Not bad, considering it took zero effort.
So how does it work? First, add Honey to your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera) for free. You'll see a little "h" button appear in your toolbar.
When you're about ready to check out, just click the 'h' button and watch your total drop if Honey finds a deal for you. It's that simple.
And Honey doesn't just find coupons - it can save you serious cash on big ticket purchases with a feature called Droplist. Ever wished you could get an instant alert when an item goes on sale? Droplist does just that, and it's amazing.
It's easy to enable price drop alerts with Droplist. When you're on the Target website, just hover over a product image and click "Save and watch price." Honey will watch the price of the item for as long as you want, up to 120 days. You can even set the percentage discount you want to be notified at! When the price of the item drops, you'll be the first to know - Honey will email you so you don't miss out.
And yes, Droplist works on Amazon too!
Seriously, Honey is a dream come true for online shoppers like me. I never buy anything online without checking Honey first - it just makes saving money so easy.
If you do one thing today, add Honey to your browser. It's free, and it can save you a bunch of money.
