Exclusions to this return policy are personalized items and helium tanks. Seasonal merchandise and costumes (Halloween, Christmas, Easter) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday. All return merchandise should be in good condition, unopened and unworn, and in the original packaging. You will be refunded the full purchase price and all returns will be credited back in the original form of payment.
