Famous Footwear accepts returns within 60-days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unworn condition to be accepted for a refund. To receive your refund, items must also be returned in their original box, the original sales receipt or email confirmation must be presented, and a form of personal identification along with the credit card used for the purchase must be available upon return.

Famous Footwear offers free flat-rate standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Or, if you are a Rewards Member, you get free flat-rate standard shipping on all orders. All non-Rewards Members with orders under $75, will pay $6.95 for flat-rate standard shipping, or $12.95 for Expedited Shipping, with an estimated arrival of 2-business days on the first pair, and $3.00 for each additional pair. Rush or Overnight shipping is $22.95 for the first pair and $3.00 for each additional pair in your order.
