Return Policy

H&M accepts returns within 30 days with labels and tags attached. Full refunds are issued to the original form of payment for items accompanied by a receipt. For items without a receipt, store credit will be awarded. Shoppers are welcome to return online purchases in-store or online. For returns by mail, all packing slips include a USPS pre-paid shipping label. A return shipping fee of $5.99 applies for items returned by mail. Customers are also welcome to exchange items instead of returning them (in-store only).
