For returns after 180 days, or without a shipping invoice or packing slip, Belk will refund the lowest price offered for that product within the last 30 days. The refund will be processed as credit towards a Belk Gift or Belk Charge Card. If your item is defective or was damaged during the initial shipping, Belk will refund shipping and handling costs. Belk is unable to accept returns for certain area rugs and wall art, small furniture, food, mattresses, trees, and baby products.
