Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened and non-prescription items using their receipt as proof-of-purchase and, if items were purchased with debit or credit, the customer’s personal identification and finance card used at point-of-sale. Items returned without a receipt and within the 60-day window may be exchanged for store credit or may be refunded for the lowest-priced equivalent. Special orders, including custom footwear and clothes, cannot be returned in-store, rather, customers will have to contact the Customer Support line at 1-888-607-4287

CVS will ship to any valid physical address or PO Box within the USA, with limited exceptions. Parcel tracking codes are provided within 24-48 hours of order placement. A surcharge may be applied depending on item size and delivery location.
