    Cancellation Policy
    If you change your mind about a ride, cancelling is easy! To cancel a ride, select “Edit Ride” on the bottom left corner of the app and tap “Cancel Ride”. A cancellation fee may apply if 2 minutes have passed since the driver accepted the pickup request and the driver was set to arrive within 5 minutes of the original ETA. Cancellation fees may apply to shared rides at any time after a driver has accepted the request. If you have scheduled a ride, you may incur a $10 cancellation fee if you cancel the ride after a driver has been matched, the driver is on their way to pick you up, and the driver is scheduled to arrive within the pickup window. A no-fee charge may be applied if the driver arrived, waited 5 minutes or more, and the driver attempted to contact you. If you feel you were wrongly charged for a cancellation fee, please feel free to dispute the charge in the “Ride History” section of the app.
    Redeem Lyft Coupon Codes
    You can use your browser to order a Lyft by going to http://ride.lyft.com. You will be prompted to enter the phone number associated with your Lyft account and sent a confirmation text. From there, you can request a ride. To find the promo code box, access your account information by selecting the profile icon on the top left of the page. A menu will open where you can select "Promo". You may only use one promotion code per ride.
