Sport Chek accepts returns within 60 days as long as the item is unused/unworn, in the original packaging, and with all accessories. Returns will be credited back to the same form of payment used for purchase. In order to receive a full refund, you will need to include your e-Receipt or the packing slip that came with your order as proof of purchase. You will also need to send a copy of a photo ID matching your shipping and billing address. Without the proof of purchase and photo ID, your credit amount will be equal to the item’s lowest price in the last 60 days. Exceptions to the online return policy include mouth guards and jock straps which are final sale for hygienic reasons. Baseball bats and hockey sticks may only be returned to a retail location. All software, electronic media products, and drones are considered final sale once opened. Personalized products and autographed collectibles are also considered final sale.

Sport Chek offers free shipping on every order! A maximum credit of $20 will be applied towards eligible items during checkout. The credit offer applies only to standard rates and on orders shipped to a single address. Some remote locations may be excluded.
