Belk also has a “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” service that allows you to place an order online and have it shipped to your local store at no additional cost.
Return Policy
If your purchase is not what you expected, its ok! The team at Belk is there to help with your return. It is possible to return items purchased online to your nearest Belk location with the exception of a few unique items. If you're not located near a Belk store you can email or call a location near you to expedite the return. Otherwise, returns can be made by mailing the items to their Fulfillment Center with the enclosed customer slip from your purchase. For returns after 180 days, or without a shipping invoice or packing slip, Belk will refund the lowest price offered for that product within the last 30 days. The refund will be processed as credit towards a Belk Gift or Belk Charge Card. If your item is defective or was damaged during the initial shipping, Belk will refund shipping and handling costs. Belk is unable to accept returns for certain area rugs and wall art, small furniture, food, mattresses, trees, and baby products.
