Free Shipping Policy
Caviar occasionally offers free delivery on select restaurants, so check your app for any highlighted restaurants to score your meal without delivery fees. Otherwise, delivery fees vary by each restaurant and depend on your distance from the restaurant.
Return Policy
To change or modify an order that you have placed, email or call Caviar at least 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup or delivery so they can make changes with the restaurant and they will do their best to accommodate any changes. You can cancel orders placed on your smartphone or the web by using the “Cancel Order” button on your confirmation page. After 1 minute, you will need to request a cancelation with Customer Support. Know that any cancellations depend on the restaurants approval and whether they have began working on your order. If they have begun working on your order, you cannot cancel it and you will not be refunded. Caviar will, however, do their best to accommodate your wishes.
Order Outside of Peak Times
Unless you are planning on making a large order anyway, think about placing your order outside of their busiest, peak times to avoid order minimum increases. According to their site, waiting a few more minutes could allow for the order minimum to decrease before placing your order on Caviar.
Order Your Food for Pickup
Save on the service and delivery fees by placing your orders for pickup! Caviar lets you track your order will let you know when your food is ready, and you can head to the restaurant to pick up your food.
