The Gap offers free 5-7 day shipping on purchases of $50 or more. GapCard holders get free standard US shipping on their first purchase at Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta. Now it’s even easier to qualify for free shipping with one combined shopping bag for Gap and their suite of brands. Combine shipping when you purchase items from Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and Hill City. For orders smaller than $50 there is a $7 flat shipping fee.

Return Policy

The Gap offers free returns and exchanges! Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, and all tags are intact. Items must be received by the returns facility within 45 days of purchase, so please budget 5-7 days for the package to arrive. To begin the return process and create a prepaid mailing label, please navigate to the Gap’s interactive returns page to submit your order number and email address.
