Free Shipping Policy

Don’t want to pay for delivery? Opt for Postmates Pickup or sign up for Postmates Unlimited. Place your order through the Postmates app and pick it up in person free of charge. Postmates Unlimited members will always receive free delivery on orders over $15. Otherwise, the delivery fee ranges from $0.99 - $3.99 for Partner Merchants and from $5.99 - $9.99 for all other merchants.

Return Policy

If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your Postmates order, you can always cancel it in the app! If Postmates hasn’t placed the order yet, and the Postmate has not arrived at the business, you can cancel your order at no charge to you. If the order has been placed and the Postmate is on their way, then you will pay for the items and a cancellation fee. However, you won’t have to pay the delivery or service fee, since the delivery was never completed. If the order has already been picked up and is on its way to you, then you’ll need to pay the entirety of the order price, including the delivery and service fee.
