Return Policy

Groupon Goods may be returned within 30 days, unless otherwise specified. To initiate your return, first go to the “My Groupons” page, click “View Details,” then “Return Package” to print out the prepaid shipping label. If you are disappointed in your voucher experience contact Groupon within 2 weeks (14 days) of use, event or trip, and they can help to make it right. Any unused Local vouchers may be returned within 3 days of purchase for a refund, but after those 3 days, all sales are final. For Getaways your purchase will be refunded if the merchant cannot book the stay desired during the days before your book-by date. Your voucher is still worth what you paid for it, as credit for the merchant if you haven’t booked your trip before the book-by date. All GrouponLive tickets are final sale and cannot be refunded unless otherwise specified.
