VENUS often offers free ground shipping on any order of $75 or more! Otherwise, standard shipping to the U.S is a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $100 and $12.95 for orders over $100. Standard orders shipped to Canada have the same flat rates, with the addition of an $8.50 fee charged by Canada Post. Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada ship via International Rush for a flat fee of $10. Duties and or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

VENUS accepts returns and exchanges within 90 days as long as the item is in new and unused condition. Shipping charges and return costs or non-refundable. To get started, simply fill out the return form located at the bottom of your invoice. A pre-paid return label is also included with each order. To use the label there is a charge of $6.95. This charge will either be deducted from any credit due on the return or, in the event of an exchange, VENUS will charge your credit card for the cost of the label. You can also call VENUS to expedite an exchange. VENUS will have your new item mailed out in no time. Original merchandise can then be returned in the interim for a refund.
